Huge Romeo Rega Burr wood lamp. Large cubes sit on large brass balls. Tall brass rod which holds 4 bulbs. The top does screw off to allow for a shade. Although I don’t think it needs one. Just some nice bulbs will do.
This came from a house is Turin. Bought new in 1972.
